Incentive to.....Get active

What's Yours?.........

Ribble Valley Borough Council are working on a new pilot project called Together an Active Future.

We know that being active helps people feel happier and healthier, both physically and mentally. However making that step to becoming more active is so hard for many of us.  To help people make this step we need YOUR help!  We are trying to find out what motivates active people to get up, get out and get doing.  Just as importantly we want to find out what would encourage inactive people to do the same.  This is our chance in Ribble Valley to really make a difference!

There are four £50 high street vouchers up for grabs, in order to win one all you need to do is complete the following survey.

Q1 How active are you currently?
Q2 What is your incentive to be active? (Tick all that apply)
Q3 What are the barriers to you being more active? (Tick all that apply)
Q4 Where would you prefer to take part in activities? (Tick all that apply)
Q5 Is there anything that you would like to get more information on/get involved with? (Tick all that apply)
Q6 What is your age?
Q7 What is your gender?
Q8 Do you have any dependent children in your household?
Q11 Would you be willing for us to contact you to discuss this matter further?
Q12 Are you happy for us to contact you about any upcoming activities?

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey!
